Can I eat out and still see results?
Absolutely. You’ll get “out-to-eat” strategies and quick swaps for travel and busy weeks.

 

What kind of results can I expect?
Typical fat-loss pace is ~0.5–1.0 lb/week when appropriate, with noticeable physique changes in 4–6 weeks when training, nutrition, and sleep are aligned.

 

How do check-ins work?
