What if I live in Brandon, Riverview, Tampa or Valrico—can I still train with you?
Yes! My base is in FishHawk Lithia but I welcome clients from nearby Brandon, Riverview, Tampa and Valrico. You’ll get the same personalised one-on-one experience. If you’re commuting, we’ll discuss scheduling to ensure it works for you.

How many sessions per week are recommended?
I typically recommend 2-3 sessions per week for best results—but it depends on your goals, schedule, recovery and budget. We’ll decide together in the initial consultation what frequency makes sense.
Do you offer remote/online training?
This specific service page is for strictly in-person one-on-one training. If you’re looking for remote or hybrid options, please visit my “Online Coaching” page (link).
What should I bring to the session?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing, bring water, a towel, and come ready to train. We’ll handle all other equipment and setup.
What if I have injuries or I’m older —can I still train?
